摘　　要：为明确人体生理特征与安全行为之间的作用联系,探讨不安全因素对人体生理的影响,完善安全生理学学科体系,通过对人体生理学的分析研究,提出安全生理学原理的定义,阐述其研究内容,归纳安全生理需求、安全生理感知、安全生理反馈、安全生理稳态、安全生理作业效能学等5条二级原理,并分析这些原理的概念、内涵和研究内容。构建安全生理学原理应用机理体系,并分析各二级原理在体系中的功能作用。最后从生理状况、生理保护和职业健康的角度,分析安全生理学原理对安全行为的影响作用,阐述研究安全生理学原理对保障职业健康和提高安全效率的意义。To reveal the mechanism of human physiological characteristics and safety behavior, discuss the effects of unsafe factors on human physiology and perfect the structure of safety physiology subject sys- tem, based on analysis of physiology, safety physiology principles were defined, and the research objects and contents of safe physiology principles were discussed. Five subordinate principles of safety physiology principle were concluded, which were demand principle of safety physiology, the perception principle of safety physiology, the feedback principle of safety physiology, the steady state principle of safety physiolo- gy and operation efficiency principle of safety physiology. And the concept, connotation, and research contents of these five second principles were analyzed. The application mechanism of safety physiology principles was built, and effect of each second principle in structure system was analyzed. Finally, the effects of safety physiology principles on safety behavior were studied according to physical activity, physi- cal protection and occupational health, and significance of research of safety physiology principles for pro- tecting occupational health and improving safety efficiency was concluded.
