摘  要:将分子链相对较为刚性的SPET离聚物与尼龙6进行共混纺丝实验,通过DMA、SEM等方法着重考察了体系中离子基团的引入对共混物相容性的影响。结果表明:共混物两组分之间具有很好的相容性;离子─偶极作用对其相容性的提高起到关键性的作用。SPET ionomeis and Nylon6 were blended and spun into fibers.By means of dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)and scanning electron microscope(SEM) ,the compatibility of the blending fibers were studied.Tlie results indicated that good phase compatibility was obtained and this was mainly due to the existence of the ionic groups in the systems and the ion - dipole interactions between the SPET ion-omers and Nylon6.
