摘　　要："体育文化人"应该是熟悉、了解并从事体育工作的人,既要有强健的体魄,又要有丰富的科学文化知识和深层次的文化修养."既武能文既专且博",是体育文化人的主要内涵.从多角度阐述体育文化人的内涵和外延,并论证"体育文化人"应该是道德素质、身体素质、专业文化素质全面发展的合格的体育专门人才.Sports culture professionals are those who are engaged in and familiar with sports work. Not only need they be strong and healthy, but they should also be knowledgeable and cultivated in science and culture. Sports culture professionals are supposed to be endowed with both civil and martial virtues with a good combination of professional knowledge and liberal knowledge. Elaborating the connotation and the denotation, the thesis argues that sports cultural workers should be the specialized sports talents who are well developed in morality, health, and profession in an all-round way.
