摘　　要：清朝先后有54人任大将军,《清实录》和《清玉牒》中对其满文名号的记载存在差异。这种差异不仅从侧面反映了清代典章制度的演变和满语文使用的渐变过程,还可以通过清代官修典籍对政治历史问题的粉饰,提示后人对这些史料的利用和理解有一个正确的认识。There are 54 major generals in Qing dynasty. The Manchu names of the major generals in ＂Qing Shilu＂ are different from that in ＂Qing Yudie＂. This difference reflects evolution of roles and regulations of Qing dynasty and the gradual change of Manchu usage. We can understand and use the documents effectively after ex- amining the political and historical problems recorded in the classics compiled by 0ing dynasty.
