摘  要:本文对外槽轮机构的运动特性进行了研究 ,通过引入无因次方法 ,给出了这种机构驱动扭矩的无因次算法。并在此基础上 ,对不同槽数时机构有关运动参数的真值及其无因次值进行了比较分析 ,在满足安全驱动及工程精度的条件下将有关运动量合成为系数 ,从而对扭矩公式进行了简化 ,提出了更为简便的扭短计算形式及其相应的系数表。设计过程中根据给定的原始设计参数结合查表经简单运算便可得到满足要求的结果。This paper conducted a study on motion specifitity of outer geneva mechanism,and gave out a non-dimension calculating method of driving torque about this mechanism by introducing non-dimension method.On the basis of the result,real value and non-dimension.Value of motion paamiters about this mechanism in different number of groove were also compared and analysed,in order to simplify the formulas of driving torque,some of the parameters were merged into a coefficient in the case of conforming safe driving and engineering precision,therefore,came up with a simple formulas of driving torque and relevant coefficient table for its calculating.When designing this mechanism,according to primitive designing parameters and by combining the application of the coefficient table,a satisfying result can be achieved through simple calculation.
