摘 要:公共政策传播机制是传播主体、传播媒介、传播受众等要素之间传递、交流和共享政策信息的互动方式及其行为过程。当代中国的公共政策传播机制经历了由计划经济时期向改革开放时期的演变,并且积累了成功的运行经验。计划经济时期的公共政策传播具有传播主体单一性、传播方式有限性、传播模式单向性、传播受众服从性等特点,政策传播主体社会化、传播模式多元化、传播媒介多样化、传播范围扩大化日益成为改革开放以来我国公共政策传播的新趋势。Public-policy transmission mechanism is an interactive anti oenav,,,,,~, v and sharing of policy information between objects, media and audience. Contemporary public-policy transmission mechanism has experienced a period of evolution from a planned economy period to the reform and opening up, and the accumulation of successful operating experience. In the planned economy period, public-policy transmission has characteristics with singularity of transmission subject, limited mode of transmission, one-way mode of transmission, propagation audience obedience etc. Socialization of policy transmission subjects, diversification mode of transmission,diversification of the media, expansion of transmission scope are increasingly becoming the new trends of public policy transmission in China since the reform and opening up.
