摘　　要：文章在回顾公安院校文化要素研究理论的基础上,归结了现有研究的特征,指出开展定量研究的必要性。在对8省、近千名公安院校师生调研的基础上,应用频数分析和对应分析得到了各个文化要素作用程度和重要性差异方面,以及不同地域对文化要素的倾向性差异方面的结论。This article summarizes the feature s of current research about police academy cultural and points out the necessity to conduct quantitative research based on the literature researches. Through the survey of nearly thousands of teachers and students from 8 police academy, the paper reaches the conclusion that there are differences among the components of police academy cultural in playing their roles and that different region may not have the same view on cultural tendency applying frequency analysis and correspondence analysis.
