新生代农民工社会支持模式研究——以泉州市为例

摘　　要：为了了解新生代农民工社会支持的现况,为新生代农民工社会支持模式的建立提供依据。采用问卷调查的方式,以泉州市207名新生代农民工为调查对象,使用肖水源的社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行现况调查。结果表明:泉州市新生代农民工总体支持与全国总体支持差别不显著;且总体支持与主观支持维度的相关性最高,但与对支持利用度的相关性最低;而不同性别的新生代农民工在总体支持上存在显著差异,女性的总体支持高于男性;外出打工时间不同或是学历不同的新生代农民工在对支持利用度方面分别存在显著差异,且打工时间在两年以下、初中以上学历的新生代农民工对支持利用度较高;来自于福建省内新生代农民工的支持利用度和总体支持高于来自福建省外的,且差异显著;新生代农民工的打工月收入越高,他们的主观支持、总体支持高于打工月收入相对较低的,且差异显著。结论:新生代农民工在性别、外出工作时间、学历、籍贯、打工月收入方面的社会支持某些维度存在不同程度的差异,具有统计学意义。in order to know the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers social support and provide the basis for the establishment of the new generation of migrant workers social support mode, we adopted the method of questionnaire. We take 207 Quanzhou new generation of migrant workers as the research object, by using Xiao＇s social support rating scale （SSRS）. The results show the difference between overall support of new migrant workers in Quanzhou city and the general support in the country is not distinct; but the correlation of the overall support and subjective support dimension is highest and the correlation of support use degree is the lowest. There are significant differences of the new generation of migrant workers in the overall support between different sexes in Quanzhou City. The overall support of female is higher than male. When the work time and education background of cenozoic migrant workers are different, the degree in the utilization of support is significantly different. The new generation of migrant workers from the Fujian province is higher than those from the provinces outside Fujian in support utilization and general support, and the difference is significant. The new generation of migrant workers with higher wage has higher subjective support than those with lower wage, and the difference was significant. Conclusion： some dimensions of social support have different degrees of difference, because of the sex, work time, education, native place, and part-time job monthly income of the new generation of migrant workers, which has statistical significance.
