摘　　要：目的实证研究西部地区"看病难、看病贵"问题的现状,找出当前西部地区城乡居民"看病难、看病贵"问题的具体体现,分析其产生的原因,为进一步完善政策提供依据。方法采用随机问卷调查的方式,了解居民获得医疗服务情况及对"看病难、看病贵"的看法。结果(1)西部地区居民认为到大医院(三级医院)看病等5个方面很困难或比较困难的比例超过40.00%,而城乡居民对各方面"看病难"程度评价的排名不同;(2)45.32%的西部地区居民认为近3年来医疗费用负担明显或略有增加,而农村居民认为负担明显或略有减轻的比例为城镇居民的1.94倍;(3)西部地区居民认为住院手术费等5类医疗服务费用高或较高的比例超过50.00%。结论西部地区居民"看病难"问题依然存在,并在具体方面上存在城乡差异;西部地区居民"看病贵"问题依旧突出,农村居民"看病贵"程度要好于城镇居民;西部地区城乡居民既存在"看病难"的共性原因,也存在个性原因。bstract OBJECTIVE To find out the concrete embodiments of the urban-rural residents ＂difficulty and high cost of medical treatment＂ in western areas and analyze the reasons of them to provide evidences for countermeasures by an empirical study. METHODS The randomized survey by questionnaire was applied to investigate residents＇ feelings about ＂difficulty and high cost of medical treatment＂. RESULTS （1）Over 40.00% of the residents in westem areas thought the procedure to see a doctor in three-level hospitals and other 4 aspects were difficult.It was different that 8 aspects rankings of ＂difficulty of medical treatment＂ among urban and rural residents in western areas （2）45.32% of the residents in westem areas thought medical expenses burden was obviously or slightly increased in last 3 years, while the proportion of the rural residents who thought the burden was significantly or slightly, reduced was 1.94 times as much as urban residents; （3）over 50.00% of the residents in west china thought the operation expense of hospitalization and other 4 aspects were high. CONCLUSION The problem about ＂difficulty of medical treatment＂ still exists, which has different embodiments among urban-rural residents in west china. The problem about ＂high cost of medical treatment＂ is still serious, the drgree of which among rural residents is better than that in urban residents. There exist individual and common reasons which leads to ＂difficulty and high cost of medical treatment＂ among urban-rural residents in western areas.
