摘　　要：目的了解10种疾病的住院医疗费用,探讨影响住院费用的关键因素,为控制医疗费用提供一定的理论参考依据。方法采用因子分析法对选取的10种疾病的各项医疗费用进行统计分析,寻找住院费用的主要影响因素。结果医药化验因子、护理检查因子及手术因子是影响住院费用的主要因素。结论降低药品费、检查费和手术费可以有效控制医疗费用。bstract OBJECTIVE To explore the main factors of the medical expenses of 10 diseases inpatients to provide the theoretical basis and practical implications of controlling the overage rise of medical expenses. METHODS Using factor analysis on 10 selected diseases of the medical expenses for statistical analysis to find the main factors that affecting hospital costs. RESULTS Factor of medical examination, factor of nursing examination and factor of operation are the main factors affecting hospitalization expenses. CONCLUSION Reduce medical expenses, examination expenses, operation expenses can effectively control medical costs.
