摘　　要：目的了解贵州省社区卫生服务机构基础实施、卫生人力资源状况和卫生服务质量与效率,发现存在问题并提出建议。方法综合文献分析法和问卷调查法对贵州省社区卫生服务机构基础设施、卫生人力资源状况和卫生服务质量与效率进行分析。结果贵州省社区卫生服务机构为黔中、北部、西北部举办最多,黔东、西部次之,黔南、东南、西南部举办最少,平均每个社区卫生服务中心业务用房面积为665.03 m2、拥有卫生技术人员22.34人,医护比为1.86∶1,执业(助理)医师学历以大专为主,占41.23%、技术职称以初级为主,占53.64%,护士学历以中专为主,占64.93%,医师人均每日担负诊疗6.46人次、住院床日为1.19床日。结论贵州省社区卫生服务机构地区分布布局不合理,基础实施薄弱,卫生技术人员总量不足,学历、职称层次偏低,卫生服务质量与效率有待进一步提高。bstract OBJECTIVE Understanding of community health service＇s configuration in Guizhou Province, health service quality and efficiency, find out the existing problems and put forward some suggestions. METHODS Used Literature Analysis Method and questionnaire method were analyzed. RESULTS Community health service in Guizhou Province was most the central and north, more the east and west, least the south and southwest, the business premises is 665.03 square meters on average, every community health service center has 22.34 health technical personnel, the doctors and nurses of the ratio of 1.86：1, doctor educational background was mainly at levels of junior college, accounted for 41.23%, the professional title was mainly primary , accounted for 53.64%, the nurse was mainly secondary specialized, accounted for 64.93%, physician per capita daily diagnosis and treatment was 6.46, hospital bed day was 1.19. CONCLUSION Community health service in Guizhou Province is unreasonable regional distributed layout, infrastructure is weak, the total health technical personnel shortages, degree, title level is low, health service quality and efficiency needs to be improved.
