摘　　要：目的了解曲靖市卫生监督体系建设现状以及存在的问题,提出对策和建议。方法通过问卷调查,查阅《曲靖市卫生统计年鉴(2012年)》,分析2012年曲靖市卫生监督系统的基本情况、人力资源配置情况和经费配套情况,并提出对策。结果与我国其他地区相比,曲靖市卫生监督体系在机构建设、人力资源配置和经费配套等方面都面临着一系列困难和问题,不能适应当前繁重的卫生监督工作需要。结论政府应加大对卫生监督机构的政策支持力度,加强卫生监督机构建设。bstract OBJECTIVE To understand the difficuhies and problems of health inspection system construction in Qujing. Put forward countermeasures and suggestions. METHOD Through the questionnaire survey and check ＂ Qujing Heahh Statistics Yearbook （2012） ＂, collect health supervision system of 2012 Qujing human resources allocation and fund supporting data.RESULTS Health inspection system faces a series of difficulties and problems, compared with other regions of the country in institution building, staffing and funding are faced with a series of difficulties in Qujing. CONCLUSIONS The government should increase the construction of health supervision institutions and increase the health supervision institutions of policy support.
