摘  要:为了解高原应激对山羊红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)和2,3-二磷酸甘油酸(2,3-DPG)的影响,探讨其在高原适应中的意义。选用临床健康山羊12头,引入1 600m高原,分别在引入高原前后第0、5、10、15、20、25天采集静脉血液,进行RBC、Hb、EPO及2,3-DPG检测。结果表明,引入高原第5天各项指标与引入高原前相比,Hb极显著升高(P<0.01),EPO、RBC、2,3-DPG显著升高(P<0.05);第10天,Hb极显著(P<0.01)、EPO显著(P<0.05)高于引入高原前,2,3-DPG、RBC与引入高原前相比差异不显著(P>0.05);第15天,RBC差异显著(P<0.05)、EPO差异极显著(P<0.01),高于引入高原前,Hb、2,3-DPG与引入高原前相比差异不显著(P>0.05);20d以后各项指标与引入高原前相比均差异不显著(P>0.05)。山羊引入高原后,RBC、Hb、EPO、2,3-DPG水平会有明显增高,以适应高原应激,随着进入高原后时间的延长而逐渐恢复正常。In order to study effects of highland altitude stress on red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),erythropoietin (EPO) and 2, 3-diphosphoglyceric acid (2,3-DPG), and of over its implications for altitude acclimation, 12 clinical healthy goats( n9- ) were selected and introduced into :he highland of over 1 600 m altitude. The jugular vein blood was collected for determining RBC, Hb,EPO and 2,3-DPG before introduction into the highland and the 5 d, 10 d, 15 d, 20 d, 25 d after introduction into the highland respectively. Results showed that compared with the values before in- troduction into the highland, on five days afte introduction into the highland, the Hb raised very significantly (P%0. 01)and EPO, RBC, 2,3-DPG increased significantly(P%0. 05). On the 10 th days, the Hb was significantly higher ( P0. 01) and the EPO was significantly higher ( P0. 05) than that before introduction, RIK;, 2,3-DPG were no significant difference (P0. 05). On the15th days, the EPO was significantly higher(P%0. 01)and the RBC was sig- nificantly higher(P〈0. 05) than that before introduction, Hb, 2,3-DPG were no significant difference(P〉0. 05) On the 20th day and late,there is was significant difference in the indexes before and after introduction into the highland. The results showed that altitude stress had obviously increased the level of the RBC, Hb, EPO and 2,3-DPG and the a- bove indexes had gradually returned to normal with the prolongation of adaptation time.
