中国林蛙、隆肛蛙和中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪形态及肝肠指数的比较研究

摘　　要：对中国林蛙(Rana chensinensis)、隆肛蛙(Feirana quadranus)、中华大蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)3个物种共353只蝌蚪样本的5项外形指标、肠指数和肝指数进行了测量,经单因素方差分析、独立样本t检验和线性回归分析,表明3个物种之间存在着形态学和生理学方面的差异。依据3个物种幼体蝌蚪的形态学差异,就其与栖息环境的适应性和其生态学意义进行了探讨。5 morphological characteristics, intestine index and liver index of 353 tadpoles, including Rana chensinensis, Feirana quadranus and Bufo gargarizans were measured in this paper. Using the one-way ANOVA, independent-sample T test and linear regression analysis, morphological and physiological differences of three tadpole species were obvious. Based on the morphological differences among three spe- cies tadpoles, habitat diversity and ecological significance of three species tadpoles were also discussed in this paper.
