舒泰麻醉剂对豚鹿的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：为了探索舒泰对豚鹿的麻醉效果,对20只(次)豚鹿进行了麻醉及麻醉效果观察。结果发现,舒泰肌肉注射4mg/kg±1mg/kg,麻醉效果较好;其中诱导期为4min^9min,麻醉期为56min^97min,恢复期为210min^270min说明舒泰用于豚鹿的麻醉保定,其诱导迅速平稳,具有较好的镇静、镇痛和肌肉松驰作用,效果确实安全,是豚鹿全身麻醉、保定的理想麻醉剂。To investigate the effects of zoletil anaesthesia on the hog deers, 20 hog deers were injected with zoletil intramuscluarly. The results showed that 4 mg/kg_＋ 1 mg/kg of zoletil induced the best anaesthesia effect, which was characterized by 4 min-9 min of the induction phase, 56 min-97 rain of the anesthesia phase and 210 rain-270 min of recovery phase, suggesting zoletil can evoke stable induction phase and has the function of sedation and analgesia and muscle relaxation. Thus, zoletil is a kind of ideal safe anaesthetic for the hog deer.
