摘 要:为了解云南省永善县猪瘟(CSF)疫苗免疫后抗体水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对永善县15个养殖乡镇中规模化猪场和散养户饲养猪的151份血清样品进行猪瘟抗体检测。结果表明,永善县规模化猪场和散养户的猪瘟抗体阳性率分别94.37%和76.25%。不同性别及年龄的猪群中,抗体阳性率分别为母猪(97.67%),公猪(67.69%),育肥猪(91.40%),仔猪(74.13%)。从检测结果来看,部分猪群免疫效果并不理想,今后还需加大免疫组织力度,从而达到更好的免疫保护。The aim of this study was to investigate the immune antibody levels of classical swine fever(CSF) vaccine in Yongshan county, Yunnan province. The antibodies of 151 sera against CSF virus were detected by ELfSA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay), the sera were from large scale pig farms and scatter-fed farms in Yongshan county, Yunnan Province. The results showed that the positive rates of CSFV antibod- ies in Yongshan scale pig farms is 94.37%, and scatter-fed farms is 76.25%. In different gender and sort of the pigs, the positive rates of CSFV antibodies are as follows: sows (97.67%), boars (67.69%) ,fin- ishing pigs (91.40%) ,pigslets (74.13%). From the results, some herd immunity effect are not favorable, we need to strengthen the immune efforts, and achieve better immunie protection.
