摘 要:热成形B柱已经成为各大汽车制造商应对越发严峻侧碰法规的有效手段,随着热成形技术的发展,不等温热成形工艺已经成为了研究的热点。在侧碰过程中不等温热成形工艺生产的B柱与传统热成形工艺生产的B柱对车身结构的影响略有不同。利用鞍钢生产的22MnB5材料,对三种不等温热成形工艺处理的材料进行了性能测试,并将测试结果导入整车模型进行运算,最后对B柱上段加速度、B柱的侵入量和B柱的吸能情况进行了评估。Hot forming B-pillar had become car manufacturers' main B-pillar design scheme to against the stricter and stricter side impact regulation.With the hot forming technology development,tailored tempering hot forming press processes showed great importance recently.In the side impact,the effect of tailored tempering hot formed B-pillar on body structure was slightly different with that of conventional hot formed B-pillar.Three kinds of heat treatment were examined with 22MnB5 material produced by Ansteel,and then the heat treatment results were used to calculate in the designing of vehicle MDB results.At last,some assessment in B-pillar upper acceleration,Bpillar intrusion and the energy absorption were obtained.
