摘 要:研究了氧化铬添加对超细WC-10%Co硬质合金组织和性能的影响,重点是添加量和高能球磨时间对WC晶粒度、合金组织和合金性能的影响,并分析了氧化铬抑制晶粒长大的机理。研究结果表明:球磨细化了WC晶粒,提升了合金性能,但过分球磨则会导致合金中缺陷增加和WC晶粒的异常长大;抑制剂Cr2O3有效地抑制了晶粒长大,合金中的WC晶粒度随抑制剂加入量的增加而细化,但过多的抑制剂会导致缺碳相和孔隙度的增加,降低了合金的强度。因此适当的球磨和合适的Cr2O3加入量将会在生产低孔隙度、高硬度、高抗弯强度的超细硬质合金中发挥作用。The influence of addition of Cr2O3 on microstructures and properties of WC-10% Co cemented carbide was researched.Emphases were laid on the influence of high energy ball milling time and the addition amount of Cr2O3 on WC grain size,microstructures and properties.The mechanism of inhibition of grain growth by Cr2 O3 was analyzed.The results showed that the WC grain was refined and the alloy performance was improved by the ball milling.However excessive ball milling resulted in the increase of alloy defects and abnormal growth of the WC.Grain growth of WC was effectively inhibited by Cr2O3 inhibitor and WC grain size of the alloy was refined with increased dosage of the inhibitor.Excessive inhibitor not only resulted in increases of the lack carbon phase and porosity,but also reduction of the alloy strength.Therefore appropriate ball milling time and suitable amounts of Cr2O3 played a role in production of superfine cemented carbide with good overall performance of low porosity,high hardness and high transverse rupture strength.
