摘　　要：资本主义进入后福特制时代以来,生产方式、管理模式和各类政策、策略都发生了新的变化,阶级结构也相应地有了变化。安德瑞·高兹认为,在后福特制特别是全球化条件下,传统的工人阶级正在消亡,新的社会力量正在出现,社会阶级结构出现了重大的变化。这样一来,新的阶级理论和新的阶级分析方法就应运而生。后福特制条件下的阶级理论和阶级分析法,是与资本主义现实紧密相关的,同时也是对传统的马克思主义和西方马克思主义的阶级理论和阶级分析的继承、借鉴和丰富、发展。After entering the era of post-Fordist system, Capitalism has undergone changes in the mode of production and management, and policies and strategies and in class structure as well. Under the conditions of globalization, especially in the post-Fordist system, Andre Gorz thinks that the traditional working class is dying, new social forces is emerging, and there have been significant changes in the social class structure. Therefore, the new theory and analysis of class emerges. Class theory and class analysis under the conditions of Post-Fordist system is closely related with the reality of capitalism. At the same time, it inherited the traditional Marxist and Western Marxist class theory and class analysis.
