摘　　要：如何解决中低收入群体的住房问题是我国经济社会发展和城市化进程中面临的主要难题。在分析我国保障性住房建设发展存在的问题基础上,对发达国家和城市的住房保障制度经验进行梳理与总结,提出我国保障性住房发展机遇的创新思路。How to solve the housing problem of the low and middle income crowds is a main difficult problem for our country during the economic and social development as well as the urbanization process. This article analyzed the existing problems of our country during the security housing construction and development, sorted and summarized the housing security systems and experience of developed countries and cities and proposed innovation thoughts about development opportunities of security housing of our country.
