摘　　要：以兵团牧民定居工程和垦区中心连队建设项目为研究对象,针对新疆严寒地区村镇住宅户型设计存在的问题,分析住宅建造的不足。为了提高该地区住宅使用舒适度,考虑住户生活习惯和住宅设计标准,并结合先进的设计理念,提出适合该地区村镇住宅的户型优化方案,为兵团城镇建设提供参考。This article took the settling engineering of corps and herdsmen and construction project of the reclamation area center company as research objects, focused on the existing problems in the dwelling size design of villages and small towns in the severe cold area of Xinjiang Province and analyzed the insufficiency of the dwelling construction. In order to improve the using comfort of houses of this area, this article considered the household living habits and dwelling design standards, combined advanced design concepts and proposed optimization schemes suitable for dwelling sizes of villages and small towns in this area to provide reference for the corps urban construction.
