摘　　要：将涉法涉诉信访从普通信访中剥离之后,应当加快立法,将这一制度系统化和规范化。和其他信访相比,涉法涉诉信访和诉讼程序、司法制度等问题密切相关。一般情况下,通过政法机关内部的自律自查可以解决涉法涉诉信访的大部分问题,但也有一些复杂问题,政法机关无法自己解决,仍然需要外部支持,应当和地方党委、政府良好沟通,形成合理的问题解决机制。We should accelerate the legislation after separating the letters and visits of law and litigation from the others. The letters and visits of law and litigation are closely related to the procedure and the judicial sys- tem. We can solve most problems by the check mechanism within the judicial organs. But there are also many problems need the help from external support. The judicial organs should form a reasonable mechanism to solve the problems with the local Party committees and government.
