中部地区城市群创新能力评价与比较研究

摘　　要：将区域创新理论与城市群理论相结合,通过构建知识创新、技术创新、产业创新、品牌创新、创新环境五个一级指标和35个具体指标的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法结合多因素综合评价模型,对中部地区四大城市群综合创新能力进行实证定量研究,计算各城市群创新能力评价指标综合集成值并排名;最后结合具体实际,对各城市群综合创新能力评价结果进行比较分析,结果表明,由于在各指标中所体现出的优、劣势不同,中部四大城市群创新能力各具特色的同时,综合创新能力更存在一定的差异性。With the combination of regional innovation and urban agglomeration theory, by constructing the evaluation index system of five indexes, including knowledge innovation, technology innovation, industry innovation, trademark innovation and environment innovation, and thirty-five particular indexes, using the AHP based on a comprehensive evaluation model of factors, an empirical quantitative study of the four city groups in the central area has been made, the innovation ability evaluation comprehensive indexes calculated and ranked. Finally based on the specific practice, contrasting and analyzing the innovation capacity results of city groups, it shows that because of the indexes embodied in the differences between the advantages and disadvantages, there also exist certain differences in the general innovation capacity of central city groups.
