摘  要:现阶段,药学的发展和进步越来越多地依靠高新技术和现代仪器设备的问世和发展。高效液相色谱(HPLC)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振(NMR)等仪器在药物研发中发挥着越来越重要的作用。该文对Derwent数据库中收录的有关HPLC,NMR和MS的专利数据进行分析,从多个专利计量指标入手,分析药学科研仪器的研究现状和发展动态。通过计量研究发现,近10年药学科研仪器的专利申请量增长迅速,美国、日本和中国的专利都超过了1 000件,具有较强的技术实力。但同时也应看到,专利申请主要集中在美国、日本和德国的的少数几个大公司,我国虽然在专利申请数量方面具有一定优势,但与国外相比仍有较大差距。At the present stage,the pharmaceutical development and progress more and more rely on the advent and development of high-tech and modern instruments and equipment. The instruments of the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),mass spec- trum(MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) have played more and more important roles. The patent data related to HPLC,NMR and MS included in the Derwent Innovations Index are analyzed and the current research status and the development trend of the pharmaceutical scientific instruments are analyzed from the several patentometric indexes. Through the metrical research it is found that the number of patent applications has grown rapidly in the past ten years. The numbers of patents in the United States,Japan and Chi- na are more than 1 000, all of which have strong technical strength. However, it should also be noted that the patent applications are mainly concentrated in a few large companies in the United States, Japan and Germany. Although China has certain advantages in the number of applications,there is still a wide gap compared with foreign countries.
