摘　　要：骨靶向性药物可以提高药品的安全性、有效性、稳定性,降低药物的全身毒副作用。该文对国内外有代表性的文献进行分析、整理和归纳,从骨靶向性药物和载体两个方面阐述了骨靶向制剂的研究进展。虽然很多研究尚处于实验室阶段,但骨靶向性药物在医药行业有着很大的研究价值和发展前景。The bone targeted drugs can raise the safety,effectiveness and stability of drugs and reduce the toxic and side effects. The representative literatures at home and abroad are performed the analysis,arrangement and induction. The research advances of bone tar- geted drugs axe elaborated from the two aspects of the bone targeted drugs and the carriers. Although many studies are under experi- ments ,but the bone targeted drugs have great study value and development prospect in the pharmaceutical industry.
