摘　　要：目的建立测定桂蒲肾清胶囊中人参皂苷Rgl含量的高效液相色谱法。方法以Sun fire C18柱（200 mm x 4. 6 mm，5μm）为固定相，乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液（25 ： 75）为流动相，流速为l.OmL/min，检测波长为203 ntn，柱温为301。结果人参皂苷Rgl质量浓度在 0.435 6 -2. 613 6 μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，/？2 = 0. 999 14（ n = 6）,平均回收率为100. 30% , RSD = 0. 54% （n = 9）。结论该方法简便、快速、稳定可靠，可作为桂蒲肾清肢囊的质量控制方法。Objective To set up a HPLC method for the content determination of ginsenoside Rgi in Guipu Shenqing Capsule. Methods The content of ginsenoside Rgi was determined by HPLC on Sunfire Cis column（200 mm x 4. 6 mm, 5 jxm） as the solid phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0. 5% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（25 ：75）. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 203 nm. The column temperature was 30 °C. Results The mass concentration of ginsenoside Rgi in the range of 0.435 6 -2. 613 6 （Jig/mL showed a good linear relationship, R2 =0. 999 14（/1= 6）; the average recovery rate was 100. 30% , RSD = 0. 54% （ n 二 9）. Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,stable and reliable, and can be used as one of the quality control indexes of Guipu Shenqing Capsule.
