摘  要:目的探索不同的提取浓缩条件对穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的影响,确定合适的提取浓缩工艺。方法以高效液相色谱法测定不同的提取浓缩条件下穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量。结果通过试验确定的最佳工艺为,提取温度70 T,提取液55 T;减压农缩,浓缩液调pH至4-5,然后70 ℃干燥。结论用确定的工艺连续3批验证,工艺稳定,能最大限度地降低穿心莲内酯的分解,提高了药品的疗效。Objective To study the influence of the different extract concentration conditions on andrographolide and dehydroandro- grapholide for determining the suitable extraction concentration process. Methods The HPLC method was employed to determine the contents of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in the samples prepared by different extract concentration conditions. Results The optimal process conditions were as follows : the extract temperature was 70 °C , the extracting solution was performed the vacuum concentration under 55 °C,the concentrated solution was adjusted to pH = 4 ?5,then the samples were dried at 70 ℃. Conclusion Three batches of andrographolide are verified by the determined process. The process is stable,maximally reduces the an- drographolide decomposition and increases the curative effect
