摘　　要：目的调查分析医院住院患者麻醉药品的使用情况和处方的合理性,为临床合理且安全使用麻醉药品,规范开具麻醉药品处方提供参考。方法统计我院2012年3至4月住院部麻醉药品处方,非癌痛处方以用药频率、药物利用指数为指标,癌痛处方以用药天数和平均日剂量为指标分析其合理性。结果 2012年3至4月住院部麻醉药品处方共5 022张,涉及麻醉药品品种共计9种,其中枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、盐酸布桂嗪注射液和盐酸哌替啶注射液的处方量居前3位,药物利用指数均不大于1。不合格处方752张,占总数的14.97%,其中以不规范处方最多。结论该院住院患者麻醉药品使用基本合理,但仍存在一些问题亟待解决和规范。Objective To investigate and analyze the use situation and the rationality of anesthetic in the inpatients of our hospital in order to provide reference for clinical rational and safe use of anesthetics and making the prescriptions normatively. Methods The anesthetic prescriptions in our hospital inpatient department from March to April 2012 were performed the statistics and their rationality was analyzed by the indexes of the frequency of anesthetic use and the anesthetic utilization index for the non - cancer pain prescrip- tions and the medication days and the average daily dose for the cancer pain prescription. Results There were 5 022 pieces of pre- scriptions of anesthetic drugs in the inpatient department during this period. 9 kinds of anesthetic drugs were involved,in which the prescription amount of Fentanyl Citrate Injection, Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Injection and Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection ranked in the top three, at the same times, the drug utilization index was not more than 1. There were 752 unqualified prescriptions,accounting for 14. 97% of the total prescription number, of which, most were non - standard prescriptions. Conclusion The use of anesthetic drugs is basically rational in our hospital in - patient department,but there are still some problems to be solved and standardized.
