2011年至2012年医院儿科喜炎平使用合理性分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院儿科喜炎平注射液使用趋势及合理性，强化临床医师安全用药意识，避免不良反应发生。方法对2011年1月1 日至2012年12月31日医院儿科出院患儿的喜炎平注射剂消耗数量、金额比较，重点调查2012年11月281份儿科出院病历，通过对喜炎平注射液的限定日剂量（DDD）、用药频度（DDDs）、日均费用（DDDc）、药物利用指数（DUI）、平均治疗日数（ATD）等指标以及年龄、发病率与用药的关联并进行比较分析与评价。结果儿科喜炎平注射剂的使用率占全院使用注射剂的28. 12% -43.39% ;2012年较 2011年增长65. 50% ,2012年较2011年上、下半年同期分别增敉98. 23%和41. 50% ; 1 -2岁年龄段DDDs最高。结论儿科喜炎平注射液使用呈逐年增长，并显著高于全院增长率，使用量与季节的变化和相关疾病的发病率有一定关联;2岁以下使用频度最高，2岁以上用药剂量稍偏低，其功能主治与剂量、疗程总体较为合理。Objective To analyze the use trend and the rationality of Xiyanping Injection in the pediatric department of our hospital for strengthening the clinicians,safe medication awareness and avoiding the occurrence of adverse reactions. Methods The consumption quan- tity and sum of money of Xiyanping Injection among discharged children inpatients in the pediatric department from January 1,2011 to December 31,2012 were compared, focusing on 281 pediatric discharged records in November 2012,the correlation between the indexes of defined daily dose（DDD）, frequency of drug use（DDDs）,defined daily cost（DDDc）,drug utilization index（DUI）,average treatment days （ATD）,age and incidence rate with the medication use was performed the comparative analysis and evaluation. Results The pediatric use rate of Xiyanping Injection accounted for 28.12% -43. 39% of the whole hospital injection use; its use was increased by 65.50% in 2012 than 2011, which in 2012 was increased by 98. 23% and 41.50% than the same periods of the first and the second half of 2011; DDDs was highest in the age group of 1 - 2 years old. Conclusion The pediatric use of Xiyanping Injection is increased year by year,and is significantly higher than the growth rate of the whole hospital,the use amount has certain relation with the seasonal change and the in- cidence rate of related diseases;its use frequency in the children patients aged below 2 years old is highest,which in the children patients over 2 years is slightly lower. Its major functions, dosage and course of treatment is relatively reasonable on the whole.
