苏黄止咳胶囊对老年患者动态血压的影响

摘　　要：目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊对老年患者动态血压的影响。方法对80例老年感冒后咳嗽患者于应用苏黄止咳胶囊前、应用后第3天和第7天进行动态血压监测各参数进行对比分析,包括24 h平均收缩压(24hSBP)、24h平均舒张压(24hDBP)、日间平均收缩压(dSBP)、日间平均舒张压(dDBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nSBP)、夜间平均舒张压(nDBP)和昼夜平均动脉压差值百分率(d-nMAP/dMAP)。结果用药后第3天和第7天动态血压24hSBP,24hDBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBP,nDBP和d-nMAP/dMAP与用药前的比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论苏黄止咳胶囊可以安全用于无高血压、心脏病及肝肾肺疾病的老年感冒后咳嗽患者。Objective：To study the role of bcl-2in human umbilical endothelial cell apoptosis induced by homocysteine.Method：After human umbilical endothelial cells（HUVEC）were treated with different concentrations of homocysteine（Hcy）for 48h,and MTT was used to measure the proliferation of HUVEC.The flow cytometry assay was used to detect the level of cell apoptosis.The expressions of Bcl-2mRNA and Bcl-2protein were correspondingly analyzed by fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blotting.Result：The proliferation of HUVEC was obviously inhibited by homocysteine,the OD value decreased from（0.99±0.05）to（0.28±0.03）（P 0.01）and there was a significant dose-effect relationship.The rate of apoptosis in HUVEC cells increased from（2.05±0.26）%to（30.86±1.94）%（P0.01）.Compared to the control group,the expression of bcl-2mRNA and protein were significantly depressed（P0.01）.Conclusion：Hcy could induce apoptosis of HUVEC through down-regulating the bcl-2mRNA and protein expression.
