摘　　要：目的:构建医院医疗设备资产(HRP)信息系统管理平台,实现对医疗设备资产全生命周期的动态跟踪管理。方法:针对传统模式下医疗设备资产管理存在的问题,介绍HRP信息系统构建的背景,阐述HRP信息系统平台的实施过程。结果:先进的HRP信息系统平台可保障医疗设备管理形成以财务管理为主线的医院整体运营管理模式。结论:规范并严格执行HRP信息系统流程管理,是全面提升医院整体运营效率的关键所在。Objective： The setting up of Medical equipment assets HRP information systems to achieve dynamic tracking and management of the full life cycle of the equipment assets. Methods： Regarding the equipment asset management problems in the traditional mode, introduce the HRP information system building background and describe the design and Implementation of HRP information system platform. Results： Advanced HRP information system platform ensure the management of medical equipment, shape overall operation and management mode with the main line of hospital financial management. Conclusion： Specification and strict implementation of the equipment assets HRP information system process management is the key to enhance the overall operational efficiency of hospitals.
