摘　　要：目的:探讨医院建立医疗设备租赁中心对医院发展的影响,以提高医疗设备的使用效率,节约医疗设备的购置资金。方法:通过对医院医疗设备租赁中心管理体系与信息系统的建立实践经验进行总结,客观的分析其优势与不足。结果:提升了医院医疗设备的标准化管理,减少医疗资源浪费,为实现资源共享提供切实可行的方法。结论:随着医疗改革的不断深入,建立医疗设备租赁中心已逐渐成为医院提升综合竞争力的有效途径之一。Objective： To improve the efficiency of the use of medical equipment, save a large number of repeat purchase funds. Methods： The establishment of hospital medical equipment rental center management system and information system, and summarizes the leasing center experience, analyzes the advantage and deficiency of the objective. Results： The standardized management of medical equipment in hospital, reduce the waste of medical resources, realize resources provide a feasible approach to sharing. Conclusion： With China＇s medical reform, the medical market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the establishment of medical equipment leasing center has become one of the effective ways to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the hospital.
