张氏三合止泻汤治疗慢性腹泻45例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨张氏三合止泻汤治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性腹泻患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各45例,治疗组予张氏三合止泻汤治疗,对照组予诺氟沙星胶囊及枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,两组均以14 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为75.6%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:张氏三合止泻汤治疗慢性腹泻疗效可靠,可改善患者临床症状。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Three Diarrhea-checking Decoction of Zhang on chronic diarrhea. Methods： The 90 patients with chronic diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 45 cases in each. Patients received the Three Diarrhea-checking Decoction of Zhang in treatment group, and norfloxacin Capsules as welt as viable Bacillus subtilis two associated enteric-coated capsules in control group, 14 days as a course of continuous treatment, and the clinical efficacy was observed in 2 courses. Results： The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 75.6% in control group; the total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Three Diarrhea-checking Decoction of Zhang can provide reliable efficacy and improve symptoms and quality of life.
