摘 要:为测定5个新育成水稻不育系的育种应用潜力,将5个新不育系及其对照金23A与12个恢复系按不完全双列杂交方式配组,对其杂种F1代的9个与产量相关性状进行配合力分析,结果表明:一般配合力比对照金23A强的有井冈4A、井冈5A、井冈2A,而井冈3A、井冈1A不如对照,其中井冈4A和井冈5A效应明显。所测组合中单株产量最高的组合是井冈4A/昌恢808,综合性状最优良的组合是井冈2A/T025。In order to detect the application potential of 5 new rice CMS lines in breeding, by means of NC Ⅱ incomplete diallel crossing design,the 5 new sterile lines were combined with Jin23A (CK) and other 12 restoring lines,the combining ability of 9 production-related traits of the hybrid F1 was analyzed.The results showed that the GCA effects of Jinggang4A, Jinggang5A, and Jinggang2A were stronger than those of Jin23A (CK) ,but the GCA effects of Jinggang3A and JingganglA were not as strong as that of Jin23A(CK) ,and the GCA effects of Jinggang4A and the Jinggang5A were the strongest.In all the detected rice sterile lines the com- bination of Jinggang4A/Changhui808 had the highest yield per plant, and the integrated traits of the combina- tion of Jinggang2A/T025 were the best.
