摘 要:筛选对耐药大肠杆菌具有抑制作用的中药,为抑菌中药方剂的研制提供依据。分别使用水提法和中性醇提法制备29味中药的提取物,并用打孔法、倍比稀释法测定其对10个猪源耐药大肠杆菌分离株和3个标准菌株的抑制活性。结果表明:五倍子、连翘和山楂的提取物对13株受试菌均有抑制作用,地榆、黄芩、石榴皮、秦皮、黄连、大黄、栀子和大青叶的提取物对部分菌株均有抑制活性;五倍子醇提物的抑菌圈直径大于20 mm,连翘提取物的抑菌圈直径均介于10~14 mm;五倍子醇提物对13个菌株的抑菌效果最佳,MIC值为15.6 mg/mL,而其水提物的MIC值为125~250 mg/mL;连翘提取物的抑菌效果次之,MIC值介于62.5~125 mg/mL;山楂醇提物对13个菌株的MIC值介于125~250 mg/mL,而其水提物除对SEC616、SEC911、C193、C197外的其它菌株的MIC值均介于250~500 mg/mL;地榆、黄芩、秦皮和大黄的提取物的MIC值均偏高,大青叶水提物的MIC值为250或500 mg/mL。实验得出:五倍子和连翘对13株受试菌的抑制作用最强,山楂、秦皮、大黄、大青叶、黄连和黄芩对部分受试菌也有一定抑制作用。This study was conducted to screen out some Chinese herbs with strong anti MICrobial activity and provide basis for developing bacteriostatic Chinese berbal compounds .The aqueous and neutral ethanol ex-tracts of 29 kinds of Chinese herbs were prepared ,respectively,and then their antiMICrobial activities against 10 isolated strains of antibiotic-resistant E.Coli and 3 type strains of E.Coli were evaluated by determining di-ameter of inhibition zone ( IZD,mm) and minimal inhibitory concentration ( MIC,mg/mL) .Three extracts from Galla Chinensis,Fructus forsythiae and Fructus crataegi had antiMICrobialactivity to 13 strains of the tested E. Coli, and extracts from Sanguisorba officinalis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Punica granatum,Fraxinus rhynchophylla,Coptis chinensis,Rheum officinale,Gardenia jasminoides,and Folium isatidis had antimicrobial activity to some of the tested strains;the IZD of ethanol extract from Galla chinensis was higher than 20 mm against all of the tested strains,and that of two extracts from Fructus forsythiae were 10.0 to 14.0 mm.The MIC value of the etha-nol extract from Galla chinensis was 15.6 mg/mL,while that of its aqueous extract was 125 to 250 mg/mL a-gainst 13 tested strains,which indicated that the ethanol extract had the strongest anti MICrobial activity;the two extracts of Forsythia suspensa with MIC values of 125 to 250 mg/mL had a secondary anti MICrobial activi-ty;the MIC values of the ethanol extract from Fructus crataegi was 125 to 250 mg/mL against 13 tested strains , and that of its aqueous extract was 250 to 500 mm against the tested strains except for SEC 616, SEC911, C193,and C197.Sanguisorba officinalis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Fraxinus rhynchophylla,and Rheum officinale had higher MIC values.The MIC value of the aqueous extract from Folium isatidis was 250 to 500 mg/mL.Ex-tracts from Galla chinensis and Forsythia suspensa had strongest anti MICrobial activity against 13 tested E.Coli strains,and the extracts from Fructus crataegi,Fraxinus rhynchophylla,Rheum offici
