关于农业高校开展产学研合作的探讨

摘　　要：本文谈及了对产学研合作的认识和对策。产学研合作是实施科教兴国和可持续发展战略方针的基本路线 ,是企业实施技术创新的根本出发点 ,是贯彻我国的教育方针 ,提高培养人才质量的有效途径。为此 ,必须深入进行教育改革 ,建立适应社会主义市场经济需要的办学模式 ,培养跨世纪人才 ;按照农业经济发展的需要 ,确定农业高校的科技方针 ;深化经济和科技体制改革 。Understandings and strategies of cooperation among enterprises, colleges and institutes are discussed. Cooperation among the three is the basic guideline to implement the strategy of promoting the nation by science and education, cooperation and development of the three is the basic starting point to carry out technology innovation in the enterprises, and cooperation and education of the three is an effective way to implement our national educational policy to increase the cultivating personnel quality. Through carrying out educational reformation thoroughly, a model for running a school can be established to meet the needs of socialist market econnomy, and the personnel going beyond the century can be cultivated. According to the needs of agricultural economic development, scientific and technic policy for agricultural college can be determined. Colleges should give up some immediate interests and serve the national economy development if we give the matter further thought and discussion.
