《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》麻黄先煎机理探讨

摘　　要：通过对《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》含麻黄方剂进行统计分析,并结合文献与现代药理研究成果,梳理含麻黄方剂的麻黄用法,初步推断出麻黄发挥作用的物质基础是麻黄碱,而麻黄先煎的目的是为了充分提取麻黄碱。The usages of ephedra in the formulae containing ephedra had been collected and unscrambled after we analyzed statistically the foumulae containing ephedra in Treatise on Febrile Diseases. Combining with the medical literature and modern pharmacological research and achievements, we inferred that the material basis of how ephedra play a role is due to ephedrine, and the purpose of decocting ephedra first is to fully extract ephedrine.
