摘 要:介绍一种热式流量计测量油水两相流流量的测量方法。利用流体流过加热探头时带走的热量与流体流量的关系间接测量流体流量。在圆形测量管道中沿流体流动方向放置可控的热源发生器,由热源发生器在周围流体中形成温度场,当流体流动时热源周围的温度场随流量变化,通过检测热源发生器被冷却的程度测量流量。设计加工了热式流量计原理实验样机,在大型多相流试验装置上进行了动态实验,在含水率90%以上时流量测量误差在8%以内。在油水两相条件下,热式流量计更适于特高含水条件下应用。Abstract: A method of flowrate measurement of oil-water two-phase flow by using a thermal flowmeter is introduced in the paper. The method measures flowrate indirectly by using the relationship between heat and flowrate when the fluid is flowing through the heating probe. A controllable-thermal source generator is placed along the fluid flow direction in circular pipe, and the temperature field is generated by the generator in the surrounding fluid. The temperature field varies with flowrate, and the cooling degree of the thermal source generator is detected to measure flowrate. The thermal flowmeter experimental prototype is designed, and the research of dynamic experiments has done on the multiphase flow test equipment. The experimental results show that using the thermal flowmeter to measure the flowrate of low velocity and high water cut oil-water two-phase flow is feasible.
