摘  要:流体泵抽是地层测试仪的关键技术之一。第三代地层测试仪——钻井中途油气层测试仪(EFDT)采用双流体泵技术(小排量精密流体泵+大排量快速流体泵)。小排量精密流体泵可用做压力预测室、排除污染地层流体、泡点测试和过压保护取样。大排量快速流体泵可用于微型钻杆测试中快速排除封隔的多达数十升的钻井液,也可用于同步抽取聚焦式探针外流体通道的液体。2种流体泵相互独立又互相配合,使得EFDT可精确控制流体抽吸体积,能快速取得真实地层流体和准确分析地层流体的动态特性。该技术在现场应用中取得了良好的效果。Abstract. Flow pump is one of the most important technologies for formation tester. Enhanced Formation Dynamic Tester(EFDT) developed by COSL uses unique dual flow pump, that is, Precision Flow Pump with small displacement (PFPS) and Quick Flow Pump with large displacement (QFPL). PFPS can be used as pressure pretest room, pump out contaminated fluid, make bubble point measurement and over-pressure sampling. QFPL can be used to pump out trapped drilling fluid between dual-packers in mini-DST and also pump out fluid from outer channel in focused sampling. The two flow pumps together make it possible for EFDT: precisely control draw-down volume of formation fluid for the purpose of pressure dynamic analysis; quickly acquire typical formation fluid samples precisely analyze dynamic properties of formation fluid. Practical applications of this technology in the offshore oilfields show good results.
