摘　　要：详细阐述了DM1600／2500型高效节能快速压滤机的结构、工作原理、技术特点及主要创新点。该机在小康矿选煤厂的应用实践表明：与原采用的Kbi350／2000型快开式隔膜压滤机相比，其压滤循环时间大大降低，由原来的65min降至45min；实际处理量可达到32t／h，是KM350／2000压滤机的2～4倍；滤饼水分为22％～27％，降低了2个百分点；此外，该机还实现了滤板、滤布的自动化清洗，滤液水的清浊分排回用，材料和配件消耗费用大大降低，仅为原有压滤系统的50％～70％。Briefly introduced the application background of DM600/2500 effective energy - saving quick filter press, the structure, working principle and technical features of the filter press were described in detail. The application of the filter press in Xiaokang colliery coal preparation plant shows that, compared with the original KM350/2000 quick open diaphragm filter press, the cycling time reduced form 65 mi- nutes to 45 minutes; the treating capacity up to 32 t/h, which is 2 - 4 times of the KM350/2000 filter press ; the water content of filter cake is 22% - 27%, it reduced by 2 percent. Meanwhile, this filter press realized the automatic cleaning of the plate and cloth, separately discharge and recycling of clear filtrate and turbidity filtrate, and remarkably reduced consumption of material and spare parts, that only the 50% - 70% of the original, obtained significant economic benefits.
