摘　　要：为优化宁东矿区动力煤洗选工艺,特别是解决宁东矿区不粘煤在全级入选过程中易泥化的问题,通过分析该矿区动力煤煤质特性和现有选煤厂生产工艺,提出并采用了煤泥减量化生产模式和煤泥水两段浓缩+净化浓缩工艺,探索总结出了一套适合宁东矿区动力煤洗选的完善工艺,为该矿区新建洗煤厂提供了有益借鉴。To optimize the separation process of power coal in Ningdong mining region, especially to solve the problem of easy - to - sliming of non - caking coal in the process of all size separation. By ana-lyzing the characteristics of power coal and production process of the existing coal preparation plant, pro-posed the reducing slime content in the process of production and process of coal slurry two stage thicken- ing ＋ purifying thickening, summed up overall processes, which suitable for power coal washing in Ningdong coal preparation plant, and presents a reference for construction of coal preparation in this min-ing area.
