摘　　要：针对煤炭在火车敞篷运输过程中出现的煤尘污染、产品损失以及对电气化铁路隧道行车安全造成的威胁,神东煤炭集团公司采用封尘剂自动喷洒系统在各快速装车站对车皮表面进行了封尘固化,生产实践表明,该系统不仅减少了煤炭损失,且大大改善了铁路沿线环境状况,降低了煤尘清理费用,杜绝了安全隐患,并取得了可观的经济效益。to solve the problems of the coal dust pollution, coal loss and safety threats to the electrified railway tunnel occurred during the process of coal transportation by open railway car, Shendong Coal Group using coal dust covering agent automatic spraying system curing the surface dust at the loading sta- tions. The production practice show that this system effectively lowers the degree of pollution along the railway line, reduced the coal dust cleaning cost, reduced the coal loss, eliminated the potential safety hazard and obtained significant economic benefit.
