摘 要:探讨了氢化物发生-ICP-AES法测定钢铁中微量碲的方法,对碲产生氢化物的条件进行了优化实验,最佳样品测定介质为盐酸(40mL/100mL);最佳仪器条件:射频功率1350W,雾化气压力0.17MPa,辅助气流量4.2×10^-4m/s。在最佳条件下,体系的强度与碲离子的浓度成线性关系,线性范围是0~0.01mg/mL,检出限0.003μg/mL,相对标准偏差1.05%。A method for the determination of trace tellurium in steel by hydride generation--inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was siudied. The optimization experiment of hydride generation condition of tellurium was discussed. The optimization experiment of hydride generation of tellurium was discussed. The optimal determination condition of the sample is hydrochloric acid mediflm (40 mL/100 mL). The optimal working conditions of the instrument are as follows: RF power 1 350 W, atomizing air pressure 0.17 MPa, auxiliary gas flow 4.2 × 10-4 m/s. Under optimal conditions, a linear relationship is appeared between the intensity of the system and the tellurium ion concentration, the linear range is 0-0.01 mg/mL, detecting limit is 0.003μg/mL, and the relative standard deviation is 1.05%.
