摘　　要：针对活性石灰回转窑周期性出现结圈的问题,依据石灰石焙烧原理分析了本钢矿业石灰石矿2座600t/d回转窑周期性出现窑内结圈的原因,从原料、燃料管理、工艺过程等方面提出控制措施,保证生产稳定顺行,从而使回转窑逐步实现了高产、稳产。The text is aiming at the active lime rotary kiln＇s periodic ring-forming problem, on the basis of lime burning theory, to analyze the reasons of kiln rotary periodic ring-forming problem for BX STEEL mining limestone＇s 2 seats 600t/d rotary kiln. And puts forward the control measures from raw material, fuel management, technical process and other aspects, to ensure the smooth production, and thereby make the rotary kiln realization of the high yield and stable yield gradually.
