摘　　要：介绍了XLPE绝缘热延伸试验过程控制要点,分别对XLPE绝缘材料成分、生产工艺、电热烘箱温度场控制、试样取样位置等因素对热延伸试验结果的影响进行了分析。认为在评估试验数据及绝缘材料的性能时,只有综合考虑各试验参数的变化及其对试验结果的影响程度,才能对试验结果做出准确判断。Analyzed the effects of insulation materials technology, electric oven temperature distribution and component, insulation production variation, sampling location on thermal elongation test results, and the reasons of influence. Put forward that in the process of test, the influence of test parameters variation on test results should be taken into consideration so as to scientifically evaluate the test data and the performance of insulation materials, and accurately judge the test results.
