摘  要:以内蒙古华伊卓资热电有限公司某200 MW机组为例,根据机组运行特性,利用电厂现有条件提出了适合于提高汽轮机真空的温差互补节能改造方案。方案利用发电厂中低于汽轮机低压缸排汽温度的冷源条件来提高机组真空,同时利用夏季较高温度的凝结水加热进入化学水车间的生水来提高出水率,达到综合节能的目的。分析认为,环境温度越高则经过冷却的凝结水喷水减温效果越好;在相同环境温度情况下,负荷越低、减温水温度越低、减温水流量越大则真空提高程度越高。For the sake of energy-saving and optimization of the current resource, the complementary reform scheme to improve turbine's vacuum was raised based on the equipments operation characters of the thermal power plant. The scheme was designed to improve vacuum by the cold sources whose temperatures were lower than exhausting steam temperature, and using condensed water which temperature was higher in summer to heat the raw water in the chemical water workshop. Via the calculation, the higher environmental temperature would improve the temperature reduction effects of the cooling condensed water, and under the same environmental temperature, the lower the load was, the lower temperature and the higher flow of desuperheating water would improve the vacuum.
