摘　　要：针对科技查新业务现状及服务需求,通过对查新业务工作流的角色分析,内蒙古电力科技信息中心建设开发了内蒙古电力科技查新网络服务平台。该平台集电力科技查新工作的公共信息管理、委托服务管理、查新业务管理为一体,实现了用户查新服务便捷化、业务管理流程化、文件输出模板化,提高了查新工作的效率。该平台在投入测试运行后,目前运行状态良好,实现了科技查新工作的全程在线管理和用户服务的便捷化,大大减少了服务手续和时间,提高了业务工作运转效率。In allusion to the current situation of sci-tech novelty retrieval work and service requirement, Inner Mongolia Power Technology Information Center built and developed ＂Inner Mongolia Power Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Network Service Platform＂ based on the role analysis of sci-tech novelty retrieval work flow. Public information management, commissioning service management and sci-tech novelty retrieval work management were integrated in this platform, therefore goaled for convenience of serving users, flow management of sci-tech novelty retrieval work and document output modeling are achieved, which could improve working efficiency greatly. The design concept, application function and technical features etc. of this platform were emphatically introduced. Relying on this plath）rm, Inner Mongolia power research sci-tech novelty retrieval work would make considerable progress with network service level and business management level, which had important significance of promoting improvement of power technology innovation level.
