摘  要:介绍了水钢轧钢厂三棒线带肋钢筋四切分轧制工艺,通过孔型系统设计,轧制技术参数计算,导卫系统的选择,开发可调式导卫,改善冷床对齐设施,成功开发出适合水钢棒材线6-6—7工艺布局的四切分轧制工艺。Ф14mm螺纹钢相比较于三切分工艺,产量提高了30%,经济效益显著。This article introduced four-strands splitting rolling process of rib steel bar in No.3 bar rolling line in the rolling plant of Shuigang. By designing rolling groove, calculating rolling techno- logical parameters, choosing guide system, developing adjustable guide, improving aligning equipment on cooling bed, we successfully developed four-strands splitting rolling process suitable for 6-6-7 proeess layout. The producing yield of four-strands splitting rolling process for Ф14mm rib steel bar is higher than that of three-strands splitting rolling process by 30% and its economic benefit is no- table.
