摘  要:利用富含硒、铜、锌、锰牧草喂饲处于亚临床微量元素不足的奶牛 ,研究奶牛血中硒、铜、锌、锰元素含量及抗氧化指标的变化。结果表明 :奶牛血中铜、锌、硒元素含量有显著的增加 ,血清GSH -Px、SOD、CP、TThe experiment used the grass containing content of enough Se.Cu.Zn and Mn to feed sub clinical dairy cattle. In order to study the harmonious of Se.Cu.Zn and anti-oxidative in blood. The results showed that contents of Cu.Zn.Se in blood of dairy cutter and the anti-oxidative activity and productivity of serum GSH-Px.SOD.CP and T-AOC increased significantly. Shuying 2 Song Haixing 2 Tao Dan 2 Yin Tianfu 2 (1.Faculty of Preclinical Medicine, Fourth Military Medical University, Xi'an 710032 2.Faculty of Agronomy, University of Agriculture and Animal Sciences of PLA, Changchun 130062) Abstract The physiological index difference of cold tolerance among three maturity type of soybean was studied during the course of germination by Controled low temperature stress. The results showed that two early variety's CAT enzyme activity inhibition was smaller, increment of soluble protein content was larger than those of the late-middle variety. But variation of MDA content did not coincide with variation tendency of variety maturity. The early maturity variety's adaptation to low temperature stress was stronger than that of late-middle maturity varieties. Key words Soybean (G. max); Cold tolerance; Maturity
