摘　　要：设计了一种基于CAN总线的汽车加热器自动检测及管理系统,系统采用"远程服务器+本地操作站+现场控制单元"的结构。该系统可对汽车加热器的参数自动采集、存储、分析、判定和数字化管理,还可通过CAN总线通信完成分布式远程控制和故障诊断。实践表明,系统操作简单、数据准确、稳定可靠,保障了产品的合格率,提高了企业的自动化和信息化管理水平。This paper accomplishes a system of auto heater＇s automatic measurement and management based on CAN bus. The system adopts the structure of ＂the remote server＋local operation station＋field control unit＂. The system not only can carry out the automatic parameter acquisition, storge, analysis, judgement and digital management of auto heater, but also can complete the distributed remote control and fault diagnosis through the CAN bus. The practice shows that the system has the advantages of simple op- eration, accurate data, stability and reliability, which guarantees the qualified rate of products and im- proves the automation and infromation management of enterprises.
